Yanko Design’s Block Lamp is a hand crafted piece of art that will accentuate your patio or just about any room in your house. Each part of this wonderful Swedish design is hand cast and takes an extremely long cooling process to ensure the glass will not crack even under extreme temperature changes. Inside the glass casing is a sand-blasted bulb. This product does use an European outlet so an EU to US adapter will be needed to use this product in the USA. Even so this is one minimilist piece that carries a very modern and sophisticated look about it. Winner of Excellent Swedish Design in 1998 and the Design Plus Award at the Ambiente Trade Fair in Frankfurt in 1999. Tack on Best new product at the accent showin New York in 1999. $120.
